Q: Do I have to be home to let the cleaner in every time?

A: There’s no need for that. You can provide your cleaning professional with a set of spare keys that they can use to let themselves in on every scheduled visit.
Q: Can my weekly cleaner also do some ironing?

A: Yes, that is absolutely fine. All you have to do is to add ironing to your list of priorities/ requirements when booking your service, or apply for Premium service and get the maximum of your cleaning experience.
Q: Do I need to provide the cleaner with cleaning supplies?

A: Your weekly cleaner will use the available cleaning products, materials, and equipment at your household (including your own vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket). In case you don’t have any detergents, your cleaner can provide those for a small fee. All you have to do is add that to your booking.
Q: What happens if the cleaner is not available?
​
A: In that scenario, we will be glad to find a suitable replacement. The new operative will then visit at the usual days and working hours that you have previously chosen.
